The aim of the project is to expand the production capacity of Dobák és Társa Ltd. through the acquisition of a CNC-controlled metalworking lathe. The new equipment enables faster, more precise, and more efficient production, reduces the rate of defective products, and allows the company to carry out higher value-added activities. As a result, the company’s competitiveness will increase, and new supplier relationships, including potential international partnerships, can be established.

The implementation of the project enhances the company’s financial stability and reduces operational risks, thereby supporting sustainable long-term operation.

Detailed Description of the Project:

The aim of the project is to innovate the company’s manufacturing processes through the acquisition of a CNC machining centre. This will enable automation of production and more efficient workforce management. The company also places great emphasis on serial production, where the introduction of a barcode system and the installation of the related software will ensure an innovative and optimised logistics process.
